Tariff Protection Refund Policy
All goods ship from Hong Kong, except for US orders, which ship from the UK to help avoid high tariffs on Chinese goods.
If you’re charged import duties you’re not willing to pay, simply refuse the delivery. The parcel will be returned to us, and you’ll receive a full refund once it’s received.
Shipping Time & Worldwide Coverage
- We ship worldwide using international tracked small packet service.
- Estimated delivery times:
- US, UK, and Europe: 9–18 days
- Asia: 5–12 days
- Excludes pre-order items
- Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Shipping Cost
Shipping charges vary by weight and destination. To check your shipping rate:
- Add items to your cart
- Begin checkout and enter your address
- Rates will appear before you’re charged
Note: You won’t be billed until you submit your payment details.
Classicbot.com may change prices at any time. Prices are final once payment is made.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after being placed.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’re responsible for the cost to resend. You may also request a refund minus the original shipping cost.
We will exchange items with significant defects (e.g., broken or missing parts). Minor imperfections are normal due to hand-assembled production.
To report a defect:
- Contact info@playsometoys.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, description of the issue, clear photos, and your return email
If required, return the product in suitable packaging (shipping box preferred). Clearly label the package with your order number.
Once we receive your return, we’ll confirm via email and ship a replacement. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed. Or you can choose to get a full refund instead of replacement.
We do not accept returns for:
- Collector packaging condition
- Items without original packaging and accessories
- Damage caused by customer mishandling
For blind box items: Defective figures will be replaced with another blind box at random—we cannot guarantee the same figure.
